This year, the summer weather is taking it's time to arrive, so we are still experiencing around 18-20 degrees most days, however we have had a few nice 23-25 degree days, and a 37 degree day, which was not too pleasant... however, it looks like the summer weather will finally arrive in the next week, so hopefully we can start using our summer clothes a bit more.
Here are a few photos of November activities so far...

November has also been an exciting month for me, as I've finally gotten started setting up my new property management business (looking after rental properties in the local Point Cook & surrounding areas), such as picking a name, getting logo done, registering the business etc. and in the process of doing website and marketing plans... more about that next month!!
Here is my logo for Tordal Property:
As Oscar is a bit older this year, he understands the concept of Christmas and presents a bit better, so this year we have arranged a gift calendar, where he gets a little present each day of December until Christmas, plus a medium sized gift every Sunday in Advent.
So today being 1st Sunday of Advent, Oscar got his 1st gift this morning after breakfast.
Looking very excited about opening the present
This is exciting
Wow, what is this? Water WOW painting block, paint the pictures again and again with water pen!
We also decided today was the right day to put up the Christmas tree. Here Oscar is helping daddy unpacking and setting up the tree.

We will see if we can update the blog a bit more throughout December with Christmas pictures and updates :-)
